About Samordningsförbundet

Samordningsförbundet is a municipal coordinating organization within Sweden that enables rehabilitation of participants who are, otherwise, removed from the job market. Their initiatives aim to prevent or reduce sick leave and unemployment, through timely support and preventive measures. Through the Samordningsbron or the coordination bridge programme, they create a cohesive process that allows participants to move from the need for support to independence and help them not get stuck in a cycle between different authorities.

Project Brief

The project brief for our team was to develop the welfare system through collaboration between the insurance agency, work agency, county councils and municipalities using service design tools and methods.
